This proof mark (it looks to be Cf) and the fact it does not have a stock lug makes me wonder.
The other question is: Since the ATF considers the frame to be the gun, When you have a mismatched like this, do I book it as a 20 DWM or whatever the frame turns out to be?
By the way, it is a 30.
