Default DWM Alphabet commercial????

I pick this one up at a gun show this weekend. (Had to do something about that 13 thing.) It was billed as a 1920 commercial which is now called the DWM Alphabet commercial completely refinished. I am not sure what it is, so I am consulting the experts. First the only serial numbers left on it are on the front of the frame (5065 no suffix and a 53 on the hold-open lever. The upper screams DWM Alphabet commercial with the Crown N proof on the blank receiver and front toggle, but the frame has me questioning that. Rather than describe it, I'll let pictures speak for it.

Thanks for any help.
Lynn
