J welcome to the forum. Vast majority of collectors would say, NO, no Spandau's were ever manufactured.

Theory is that if any toggles are Spandau, that they were made to either show that Spandau was capable of fixing and making parts or refurbishing.

Detailed pictures of your inheritance of right side proofs, top, etc would be very interesting.
