Hessian,
This one clearly traveled around. I believe these marks were applied in the following order:
S.B.4.II.1.22. (top right rear) - This is a 1919-20 marking of the Berlin Sicherheitspolizei. I sort of guessed at the last three characters.
S.B.No.II.?.?. (second from top, right rear) - This mark was applied after the Sicherheitspolizei had been converted to the Schutzpolizei, probably about 1922. It represents the Schutzpolizei of Berlin Polizeigruppe Nord, Abteilung II.
S.D.III.2.100. (outside of cover) - This is from the Schupo of either D¼sseldorf or Essen in the D¼sseldorf administrative district. The mark was probably applied in the mid-20s.
S.D.III.416. (lower right rear) - This is from the same location as above. It was applied following issue of revised marking orders in February 1932.
This is one of the most interesting series of markings I have seen. If you can make out the last parts of the the two canceled markings on the rear, I would be very interested in knowing them.
