This appears to be a heavily buffed and rusty 1913 DWM Luger with a long aftermarket barrel. Collector value is zero although it could become a good shooter with a little TLC. I do not understand your need for a new barrel because "the chamber is very worn out." Ordinarily the chamber should never wear out. However, new barrels of standard length or longer are available and easy to have replaced (see Lugerdoc on the forum). KFS
