Well I don't plan on putting any money into repairing a holster in this condition. I am not sure what I am going to do with the holster yet. I only have $30 into it (including the tool), so it is okay for a cheap display piece. Although I was hoping it would be a German ww2 era military holster. I wasn't aware there were many commercial Lugers made during the third reich era.

I thought more than anything the tool would be worth a bit, only $20? Either way it isn't like I have a lot of money into it.
