Only approx. 700 G date (1935) Lugers went to police procurement.
Your's is in exceptional condition, judging from the photos. It's difficult to place a value. Here's a link to one on Simpson's Ltd., that isn't in the best condition and doesn't have two matched magazines (big +).
Keep in mind that their pricing averages about 15-25% higher than what most collectors consider fair market value. However, with the condition of yours, it would be close.
The only draw back is that the holster is a Reichswehr (1919-1933) Army issue. The unit mark translates to 3rd Company/ 3rd Pioneer(Engineers) Battalion weapon # 71. However, it is in very nice condition.
