I am certain that Erfurt, at least, made their own stocks due to one I have that was finished in a rather substandard fasion and is Crown/RC marked. I imagine that DWM made their own as well as they were rifle manufacturers and had made the Navies and '02 carbines for years prior to 1914. The stock irons were definitely fitted and stamped by the pistol manufacturer.
