I was a member of NAPCA for 18 years. quit because the articles were very varied and I was mainly interested in lugers. I have found both forums to be much more informative and very helpful. To be able to ask questions and receive answers from experts is invaluable. I refer to the Blue Book And the Standard Catelog of Firearms. Neither are very correct for Lugers in my area. However all these things are tools that we can utilize. None are perfect, but used together, along with experience, they are all valuable. Bill
