Trigger stop
I have a 9mm shooter Luger. I also have a copy of the May 1974 Shooting Times article on tuning the Luger trigger. I've done the 1st part and removed about .015 from the firing pin. Made a world of difference.
The second part of the article describes installing 2 set screws, one for a trigger stop and one for slack adjustment. Can someone explain to me what the purpose of the screws are? Is trigger overtravel that bad? And slack?
My purpose for this gun is target shooting. I still have some work to do on the sights and would like to add a thumb rest to aftermarket grips.
