yes, I have "asked" Tom his opinion, sometimes later at night. I have gotten good answers and bad answers (of what I wanted to hear), but always HONEST answers. so....
That said, I think if you're in the game and a so-called expert (because we all are still learning) in a certain area, you've got to expect the occasional (?) bump on the log who just won't listen. I experienced this a couple of months ago, guy asked my opnion, numerous times and then failed to listen. Of course he got more on gunbroker than if he'd used my advice / interpretation of markings
