Welcome to this fine board.

Gotta warn you, that Erma might not be the best shooter, even new out of the cosmolene.
I had picked up a few, years back, and not a one would cycle right.
Lots of FTE and FTF problems.
I think post war, Erma quality control went straight down the tubes.

Good luck on finding those ivory grips, I found some lovely old stag ones on Ebay right before Christmas.

Do be aware that Luger collecting is very addictive and next you will want a vintage one, (or two or three or...well you get the idea).

Edit to add:
Whoops, sorry, I just reread and saw that your *new* Luger is the one in cosmolene.
Did your Ermas actually work?
