Ok exchanged emails with seller and it looks like there is a small 6 and 3 stamped directly under the E63.
Seller thinks this might possibly be a stamp rebound. Is that possible? Common or uncommon to run across? How would this effect the value?
I've attached some additional pictures. Picture of bottom but slightly angled and darker.
