Having 2 matching magazines is uncommon, that is for sure. Made me think it had gone into police service. A police would have a sear safety like the pictured arrow below.

However, the gripstrap marking sounds very army, and specifically weimar era. (as do the doves on the right and the final proof eagle; do they look like these?
