Hi Jerry,

In the Eugene Bender big book on page 227 you will see the blueprint schematic drawings for the LP-08 cleaing rod. On page 244 you will see a similar schematic drawing for the Navy cleaning rod.

The ends of the wooden "barrel" on the Navy is 13,5 mm in diameter while the LP-08 tool is 13,0 mm at its ends.

There is some difference in the spacing of the "grooves" in both "barrels" as well. The Navy is shown with grooves that are 1,2 mm in width, while the LP-08 is shown with grooves that are 0,7 mm in width.

Both "barrels" have 17,0 mm at their thickest part and overall length of the "barrel" on both is the same at 40,0 mm.
