Thanks, Klaus. I've been studying my copy of Benders "Luger Holster and Accessories" and that seems like about it. I think the Siamese guns also had lanyards too but I'm still checking into that.
I looks like I won't have to worry about getting a lanyard to round out my collection since most were never issued with lanyards.
