Since Lugers are getting in scarce supply, in any condition, I urge you to buy it. I had a chance to buy a Luger that was unmatching but turned down the purchase. And, I have mentally kicked myself since. That was 2 years ago and since then I have seen only about 5 Lugers available for sale.
By purchasing it now, you have another Luger for your collection, and a good shooter.
