Mauser720,
If what you are looking for is more of a shooter than a collector gun, Mauser took up manufacturing Lugers again in the 1970s for a while and did make quite a few Swiss style Lugers in 9mm during that period. If you have your heart set on the Swiss style but don't want the expense of .30 Luger ammo, these may be a good option and are still selling at comparatively low prices ($700-1100). Check with the guys here first (post what you want in "Wanted to Buy") as you're not going to get screwed by an established member of this site which is a lot more than I can say about your next option... failing success here, check the auction sites, but be extremely cautious.
Checking, I see two Swiss 70s Mauser Lugers on gunsamerica.com right now.
One is $1K, the other $2K. Don't worry, the guy who has one priced at $2K is just trying to see what he can get away with. They're not worth nearly that much, at least not yet. Also, the Swiss style Mausers generally bring less so you should possibly be wary even of the $1K variation. I haven't looked for a few months, but last time I did they were bringing a couple hundred less than that.
