Nick, The machined stud indicates earlier manufacture although that is not much of an indicator. I am assuming the underside of the stud is leather covered?
Yes, Too bad about England and their foolishness about deactivation. I want to believe this will never happen here...God Bless our founding Fathers and their foresight with the Constitution.
