Default 1936 British proofed shooter

Just picked up this 1936 shooter. It has a 42 code "61" toggle assemble on it but other wise has a matching lower end 4518p with matching firing pin.

It has a black finish, almost like a dip? And is British marked under the barrel. There is also a proof on the right side receiver next to the nazi military proofs I cant make out? Almost looks like a crown??? The same mark is on each part of the toggle and on the left rear side of the frame. Maybe a British proof?

Came with two magazines. One looks to be a type 2 replacement with no marking other than a number "3" stamped on the SIDE of the base. The base may be filed down???
The other one has a phosphate tube and a blank base that has not been messed with. Still has the cast Marks on it. But whats up with the follower grip?

I removed the "dip" with a little acidtone and it reveled a milaitary blue finish?
