David, back in College I shot on an Army ROTC pistol team. The army target coaches came in and had us turn the targets around and told us to shoot at the center of the blank paper but concentrate on keeping the sights aligned. I would usually shoot a 90 on the slow fire target trurned backwards at the regulation 50 ft indoor. And that was when one handed was the only way to shoot a pistol. I had a model 41 then. Take yours out to 50 yards and rest it on a sandbag. Once you see what it will do, you can then work on your sight alignment. Good target, great gun.
