Hi Marco,
This seems obvious, but why wouldn't you just buy 7.65 para. Lugers? Every time an (all original) 9mm Luger has the barrel reamed or relined, there's one less in the world. There are a lot of original 7.65 out there, and you don't have to modify them in any way.
