A 1915 dated Luger holster would have been made for the Imperial Army. It was later during the Weimar period converted to a police style holster. At a later time [?] it was converted back to the military style.

Impossible to provide an accurate value estimate of a holster without actually observing the holster's condition and markings.

The stick eagle/63 marked Luger tool is fairly common. Other WW II tool markings are; SE/655, Droop eagle/63, SE/135, 42, and S/42. The SE/63 and the 42 come in different sizes. There are a couple of other fairly rare tool proof marks.

Your unmarked wooden bottom Luger mags are most often commerical or they may have had their markings removed from military issue. Would have to see the mags to actually determine.

Sorry not more help.
