DWM did not produce the holsters for Eagles or any other Luger. Vanderlinden shows a photo of an "assumed" Imperial Russian holster, but to the best of my knowledge there are no authenticated examples. I certainly would not pay a large amount of money for a "Russian Luger holster" regardless of who is selling it.
There are estimates of the range of serial numbers based on observation of known examples. Pull out your copy of Kenyon's "Lugers at Random".
