Rod, Like Ed says we loaded a hundred rounds or so..I used the old Midway brass, headstamped 8MM Nambu. I have tried the cases made from other brass, .40 S&W I believe and the extractor cannalure is too wide for proper extraction. I didn't like them. Stick with original configuration if you can.
Dies can be spendy..Maybe a hundred bucks! Could be a couple of hundred bucks just to get into it.

If I were you I would buy a box of 50. Might be all you ever shoot...Jerry Burney
