nahhhh, we as collectors gots to draw the line at reason somewhere... I think you have to take the facts together:

I have not looked at 1060 and 1594 in person, but have seen pictures of 1060. It is hard for me to beleive that a military accepted pistol would be allowed to be undated and be accepted. There were NO commericial Simson lugers made, so they should be dated until the gov't told them they were no longer required to be dated. Why this inexplicabily occured sometime after 684 (which I have examined) but before 701 (which I own) is unknown, but obviously happened.
