He advertises on GunList Online and to him a dinged, scratched, pitted, rusted, holster-worn, and quite obviously fired, filthy pistol is "MINT" as he stated in his ad and confirmed to me on the phone.

Unless this guy is legally blind, he is a crook. But then, a legally blind person would still be able to feel the scratches and pitting and would probably notice themselves applying cold blue in a futile attempt to hide some of the defects.

I bought a 1955 Browning from him in order to replace my damaged one. In most respects my damaged gun is in BETTER condition than his MINT gun.
