Thanks Ron, I can't think of the last 01 item I bought out of state... let alone shipping one to someone (never I think). I have been "forced" to ship a 03 item to someones 01, which is a bit irritating.... And have had them ship a 03 item to an 01 on my end, federal rules be damned
