Well, it would be a lot easier to determine value with some pictures, but let's take it for what info we do have.

It sounds to me like a standard 1920 Commercial. If it's in really, really good shape with matching grips and mag, it's probably worth about $1,200 or so. And that's a reall "out there, ballpark guess"...
