The gun does say Germany on the right side at the front of the breach. As far as any marks or names on the holster, there are none. The tool has nothing on it as well, just groves and one small mark that looks like someone hit it with a sharp edge.

There is no date on it. The finish is fair, but that's my opinion. It doesn't look like it's ever been reworked. There is a slight amount of barrel wear from the holster. The blueing is 60% or more.
