Prussian Blue, a machinists powder for this purpose. Call a machine shop, and they will prob. be happy to let you have a small amount.

I have two KGP69 Erma's, and the original magazines are bright metal with blackened alloy bases, never having a problem with fit.
Also have some aftermarket magazines, with bright shiny silver colored alloy bases, that are variably problematic, some just fine, some impossibly sticky in the gun. I found that pressing in the sides of the fluted magazines would often reduce the total circumference and relieve the tight fit. Use a wooden dowel or what-have-you, or with strong thumb pressure.
