The holster is worth about what you paid for it, possibly more to a collector if it has no loose stitching... Some of them go for two or three times what you paid... check ebay for similar holsters that have already sold to get a closer idea. You can do this my using the advanced search function on ebay... search for "1911" "Colt" "holster" as your search terms and check the Completed Listings Only block...
