Great Great Grandparents that were Germans that transplanted to Russia, then to America. Very observant Tacfoley, but does that make me fluent in German...Nein! Focus Tac... Focus! Back to the important stuff...

Below the barrel hardness mark of B O 25 and
below the serial number 1028 is the number sequence of
8,83 or possibly 3,83. What does that represent?

I also purchased a book tonight (the only luger book that Barnes and Noble had) call Standard Catalog of Luger by Aarron Davis. It has a vast list of inspector/acceptance stamps, but the middle two stamps on this gun are not in the book....any suggestions. I will try to draw and scan them in for you to see tomorrow.
