Hi Tom,
Only one is so marked. The other one is just a plain old unmarked screw. Thanks for the info. Any idea what the mark on the toggle is? Thanks

The extractor on the toggle is also marked 14. Does this mean whoever changed the toggle put in the original extractor? Thanks
