With the exception of the script L, this has all the indications of one of the Lugers purchased in 1929 to rearm the Landj�¤gerei, the rural constabulary of Prussia. It is a 29 DWM in the u block with WaA66 proofs. It had a sear safety before the Russians got ahold of it. I agree with George that it looks like the Oppeln district (Op.), which would be consistent with Russian capture.
Could we see a photo of the left side of the gun showing the trigger and the frame above the left grip to see if there was once a mag safety?
If this is a Landj�¤gerei Luger, it is the only one of many that I have seen that used script letters in the marking.
