It does look like a Simson marking on the grip, can't see the other one clear enough. If a Simson, then it could be a replacement for a rework, or from a simson made gun.

Time frame for a Simson rework would be 1919-1934 (most reworks completed probably 1919-1923), and new made parts from 1925-1934.
