Bill, welcome to the forum. This has been asked a couple of times, not that I know where! No, there is no records available, even when there were, they'd be unit records.

The few places you find luger info is in personnel paperwork, the individual soldier would have a book that might have their luger listed. To find this is about 300% rarer than finding the same serial number magazine for your luger...
