Hi Win, welcome to the Luger Forum!! The markings on the bottom of the 1916 barrel are British Proof Test Marks, which means the pistol was imported into the UK at one time. The pistols value is difficult to say without much more information as to condition. Please post as many photos as you can, then the Forum Members can give you some assistance!
