I stand corrected Sir. I'm sorry that you had this experience, and glad that you suffered only a minor loss. Business "at a distance" is always a temperamental thing. Most of the time it works OK, and sometimes it doesn't. I myself have had bad experiences dealing with vendors long distance, I guess that's just part of life.
