HANS ROMER 1915 Luger holster with imperial marking tool and spear magazine

I think the spear magazine, is that a weapon too? Is what drove this one up. Looks like a Sarco mag to me.

I hate to think people are this stupid but that opinion might be easy to come by with this kind of evidence.
