I have "Hitler's Garands" but simply got caught off-guard at the show. I hadn't been looking for a G43 and so I didn't bother to study up and just was too anxious to see the gun I wanted to see rather than what was actually in front of me. "Buck Fever" is a weird phenomenon.

Yes, I wish I had the $3,000 back. I don't care if I spend $1,000 over on my 1st gun as long as it went to something I KNEW was not messed with and would act as a resource for future purchases, and that didn't happen.

I'll try again later when I'm better prepared.
