Pat,
This gun is so rare and unique that the wealthy collectors in the market will probably set the value through bids if it ever is offered for sale. It is in about the same category as the Borchardt/Luger #5 or some of the preproduction Lugers that command astronomical prices. I do not think I will be too far off the mark to guess it will be at least $50,000, but I have no firm basis for that estimate. Steve's suggestion to contact Horst Held for an esitmate is probably as good as any since Horst does deal in exotic high-value firearms. There are probably others as well but I do not move in those elite circles so I can't offer any additional suggestions.

By the way, if Albert is coming to visit, be sure you check your jewely and silverware before he leaves!
