Pete, This is most likely one of the left over Pacific Arms "Germany" marked barrels that Ed F. of Old Sacto Armoury and I split a purchase from an heir of PAC, years ago. You will note in the photo, that these barrels have a high front sight base, for use with the Navy rear sight assy installed in a stand PO8 receiver.
