I certainly was totally unaware of this side of the history of my PaPa. I do, however, take exception to your "interpretation" of the Emperor's "dialect." It appears to be of Eastern Irish Japanese, and maybe, quite possibly a rebuild of a fake tale from "The Keeper of the Cat."
