That is an 1891 Nagant, the soldier appears to be Tzarist Russian, identified by the buckle and hat, Serbs had Winged pocket flaps on the chests of their uniforms during this period. Certainly not Semi-Automatic, rather a 5 round magazine fed bolt action. As for the nationality, I've been wrong before, but I'm almost 18% certain this time.
