Concerning holster value, many factors come into play. First of all would be condition, especially as pertains to the legibility of the maker marks. If the surface of the leather is "alligatored", no matter what color the thing is, it won't command a good price.

Have been saying it for years and practicing it longer: buy the best holsters you can find. They appreciate far faster and at a higher % than the guns.
