Weimar DWM Polizei "O.P.M. 382." Front Strap
 

A friend just purchased what Still's Weimar book (p. 6-7) describes as a Weimar Alphabet sn DWM Luger. It is 1921 chamber dated, 9mm, C/N'd, has the police sear safety, and is sn'd 88XX a.

The front strap is marked O.P.M. 382.

Any educated guess as to what Reichswher or police unit that may be?
