NOTICED CRACK IS IT SAFE TO SHOOT

I RECENTLY AQUIRED A 1918 DWM. I NOTICED THAT THERE IS A HAIRLINE CRACK ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE MIDDLE TOGGLE ASSEMBLY NEXT TO THE PIN. QUESTION 1) IS THIS COMMON BECAUSE OF THE METALURGY, 2)IS THIS SAFE TO SHOOT WITH SPEC AMMO, 3)ANY ONE HAVE A DWM 1918 MIDDLE TOGGLE LINK THAT IS IN EXC. SHAPE WITH DIGITS 08? IF SO WHAT IS THE ASKING PRICE? THANKYOU. FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME.
