Great Folks at RCBS

Not paying attention a couple of weeks ago and knocked the balance beam off my RCBS 10-10 scale, it hit the floor and broke. Said a few bad words, ect, tried to epoxy it back but couldn't get it right, sent an email on the RCBS loading help line asking where I could order another one, 24 hr response, said send it to a specified address with an authorization number included. Gentlemen, six days after I sent it off I got a brand new RCBS 10-10 scale in the mail today. No charge, no postage, no handling, no processing, no questions, no hassel, just a brand damn new scale. If it does not have RCBS stamped on it in the future I won't be buying it.

Great company!

I have heard this before of their customer service, and this is why they do it, but when a company treats me special, they have my vote and dollar!

OK, RK - Have you never ehard of a typo???

Just for the record, I have been using RCBS Handloading Equipment for 40 years. They are top drawer, in my opinion.

Some years ago I bought a new RCBS bullet mold that was marked 85 grain .312" roundnose... just what the doctor ordered for my Broomhandle and even useable in my .30 Luger. When I weighted the bullets they were only 75 grain so I called RCBS and within a few days I had a new mold that drops the correct weight bullet AND they told me to just keep the old mold when I offered to return it. Can't do any better than that!

I have RCBS dies for my .30 Luger that I bought in 1966 and they are still perfect. My Rock Chucker press and my 4x4 press are both in the 20 year-old range and work just fine. RCBS is top drawer IMO.
