The New One is here and SWEEEEEEET!
All,
The new Navy arrived yesterday; I was too late getting home and too early departing this AM to do anything other than a quick, cursory once over. Initial impression is fabulous. Piece appears unfired inside and has just the slightest ding and high spot wear outside. And the furniture-WOW-prettiest figured and tightly checkered old DWM grips I have ever seen. Mo' later, hopefully, this weekend, if I don't have to work. Tom A. |
Looking forward to your forensic examination and your PHOTO LAYOUT of the process Herr Professor!

JS,
I am in the middle of getting two written proposals and one oral proposal out for three clients between now and September 3. If I have any breathing room at all, I will do the photo shoot and exam and post asap. This piece is as good as I have seen lately. Thanks Tom... take your time and do it right... We appreciate being the beneficiary of your experience in this drill...
The lessons are appreciated by all of those who frequent this space... and Besides, I for one am anxious to see it when YOU describe it as the BEST Navy you have seen lately! |
Ok, Tom A. :
What does the term "furniture" mean ? My wife practices with Japanese samuri swords and furniture is everything but the blade... What does furniture refer to in the Luger world ? Thanks in advance for your help... Pete |
Pete, wood, the grips, everything but the steel. Your wife is a Samuri?? You must be a great husband, or you sleep very lightly!
